Josseling joined RPS in 2023 with a background in finance, accounting, tax preparation, and customer service. She now plays a pivotal role at RPS as the primary point of contact for private clients, where she is dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. She fosters strong, trusting relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions to enhance their experience with the company. Josseling works closely with the team, collaborating on the day-to-day servicing of client accounts, ensuring seamless communication and smooth operations. In addition to her client-facing responsibilities, Josseling is responsible for managing bookkeeping tasks, ensuring that financial records are accurately maintained and up to date. Josseling’s multiple responsibilities, from client service to financial management and office coordination, make her an essential part of the RPS team.

Josseling is currently continuing her college education and enjoys spending time with her adorable and energetic son and family.
