As she looked to develop her career, Jenny sought opportunities to expand her skill set and take on more responsibilities within RPS. Her dedication to learning and growth allowed her to transition into specialized areas, broadening her expertise and enhancing her value to the organization. Jenny contributes significantly to qualified plan services, where she deepened her knowledge of retirement plans and regulatory requirements. She also plays a crucial role in overall communications and support within RPS, ensuring clients receive exceptional service. Additionally, Jenny continues to expand her capabilities in project coordination, overseeing the successful execution of various initiatives, while also taking on accounting responsibilities, handling financial tasks and reporting with accuracy. Jenny and her husband are proud parents of three boys; she enjoys being outdoors, running and staying active.
