Tenure & Professional Background:

As a partner in the firm, Carol is a focused, energetic and integrity-driven business executive who has spent her career as a financial service professional working in the areas of employer sponsored retirement plans, private client wealth management and accounting.

Carol started her career as a Staff Accountant at a full-service accounting firm where she took an interest in technology and became the system administrator for the firm’s internal network. Her skills and passion for software development and implementation led her to a System Analyst position. In testing new waters, Carol moved to the wealth management arena as the Vice President of a boutique wealth management firm specializing in asset management, tax minimization strategies and asset preservation planning. Joining RPS, Carol’s responsibilities as Partner, Managing Director – VP of Operation include firm-level administration and operations, project management, marketing, client service and coordination of team members and workflow. Carol supports the team in delivering unparalleled services to corporate retirement plan and private clients.

Personal:

Carol enjoys spending time with her husband; adult children, and being outside biking, hiking, running, and playing pickleball.
